Blotooth (now Juno Falls) spent 3 days
at the studio during the summer of 98 to record the 3 tracks listed below. The
purpose of which was to enter a contest back in Ireland. The prize up for
grabs was a tour of the USA, and to re-record the tracks in a top dollar
studio.
They won the competition and completed the USA tour. However, it was agreed
that
re-recording would be pointless as the original earthshaker Music demo captured
the true quality of the band.
Juno Falls went on to sign with Sony, their new album is called "Starlight
Drive."
The 3 tracks below are edited versions.
Below are
some edited down versions of songs recorded recently by Seraphim,
a boy girl duo with exceptional talents. Whilst working as entertainments
staff for the Sands Beach Villas complex in Costa Teguese Lanzarote they
decided to lay down a few tracks before returning to the UK.
They had heard of other studio’s here in Lanzarote but Earthshaker
Music was the one that received all the glowing reports. Are they happy?
Did they get it right? They think so, listen for yourself!
We have also included
some original compositions to highlight our various writing styles and as
examples of our analogue recording days at Earthshaker Music UK.
“Someday” reached the final twelve as the British entry for
Eurovision Song Contest 1993. The only reason it wasn’t chosen to
go further was that it did not have a scheduled release date. It also reached
the last eight as the 1994 British Eurovision entry but failed for the same
reason.
“Stand Up And Be Counted”, “To The
Limit” and “We’ll Find A Way” are all demos’
that were covered by various artistes worldwide.
